Delete your Flarewell account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your Flarewell account and the personal and health information associated with it.
Request deletion without the app
Send an email account deletion request from the email address associated with your Flarewell account, where possible.

In-app account deletion is being added. You can request deletion using the email method above once the contact address is available.
What will be deleted
An approved full-account deletion request is intended to remove:
- Your Flarewell account and profile information
- Health conditions entered by you
- Flares, pain and symptoms
- Treatments and recorded intakes
- Food logs and hydration records
- Workouts and Progress measurements
- Menstrual-cycle records
- Other health-history information associated with the account
Weekly Reviews and Insights are calculated from stored records rather than separate permanent health records. Doctor Report PDFs you have already saved or shared outside Flarewell are outside Flarewell’s control.
What may be retained
Some limited information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or regulatory purposes. Where this applies, information will only be retained for as long as necessary for that purpose.
Deletion timeframe
We aim to complete account and associated health-data deletion within 28 days of receiving your request and any information reasonably required to verify account ownership.
We’ll confirm when deletion is complete. Some limited information may be retained where required by law, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
